There is also this new security feature that was being tested by facebook last year and is not live that seems to be a nice replacement for CAPTCHAS. It’s being called “Social authentication” and it comes into action when facebook detects suspicious activity on your account. The new feature makes you tag your friends’s photos correctly so unless you are the actual account holder, you won’t be able to tag the photos correctly. Clever move, facebook.

With True View, when you play a video on YouTube, a five second countdown timer appears and when the timer finishes you can either skip the ad by using the arrow or keep the ad running. Considering this is a totally new feature, the viewers might be skeptical whether to hit the skip button or not as they have never seen it before.

It would be worth mentioning that all ads will not be TrueView and it is entirely up-to the advertisers to choose between TrueView or traditional ads.
